Looks like you already have it all figured out. Is there anything you're trying to asking that I'm missing? What card do you have now?

If it wasn't for the OP's avatar and stated OS preference, I would suggest that he is upgrading for the new, official open-source Radeon HD 8000 series driver for Linux. That is the most compelling reason for me to upgrade from my Radeon HD 5770 to a new Radeon HD 8000 series card.

How much will the Nvidia Geforce Titan cost estimate cost If it isn't like $400 through $500 bucks I might consider getting that card but it probably it isn't so.

I heard a comment from someone it will be $1k bucks for the titan... I might consider a Geforce 660 ti, or the AMD Radeon 8000 Series still depending.. how much I have and if is only around $200 - $300 bucks.

8000 Series won't be out until end of this year / next year depending on any further delays.

Titan costs $999

This thread just seems like a blatant troll attempt. It's one thing to speculate/discuss a line of graphics cards (or any product) coming out, but to start a thread just to say I'm buying product X seems stupid/useless.

To add something useful, yes the Titan will start at $999, but obviously it will drop prices in the future. You already have a nice graphics card, don't see why you're even looking for an upgrade. You could look at getting the ATI 7xxx series or even Nvidia's GTX 6 series for an immediate upgrade.
