additional cooling..

my current temps for idle are 29/45 for system and cpu respectively

-i was wondering if a zalman FB123 (the one with the bracket which connects to the pci slot and uses a 92mm fan over the cpu) would help cooler the cpu down even if i won't have any air holes on the left case panel (its going to be against the wall)

or

-should i get a tube of arctic silver 3/5 instead of using the vantec supplied one..would it be a big difference from, the vantec?

or should i just get both??
