Aslan
Hello... I'm running Win XP (build 2600, english). I'm content with it mostly, but have this problem: When I wish to delete or change an .avi file it tells me I cannot because another user or program is using it. This is not the case though. And I get this message with any .avi file. Plus, if I do it on the command line, it works. I'm not sure but it might be that this Problem was not there as I installed it but manifested later as I used the system. (I work much with video encoding.) I have heared that others have reported of this problem but except to create a folder beside the file in question and deleting them both - which does not work for me - there is no known fix except doing it on command line (or probably reinstalling the system clean. (As I did a "soft" reinstall already.) Do you know if this is a "known" bug? Is there a fix for it? Thanx!
