Just came across this little gem on OMGUbuntu , and wow! I can definitely see the appeal of this launcher, its so fluid and fast, app switching is so much more improved guys!

I installed one called Unity Launcher iirc, great functionality but slowed the normal launcher down a bit much

Tried Glovebox, much prefer 'Unity Launcher' much more polished
