I have created a web app in my free time. Thought some of you may find it useful for recording and sending animated photos to facebook, at the moment I am looking for constructive criticism, i.e. does the app work as expected, and does this app have any value (other than me creating it for fun).
The site is written in around 100 lines of ActionScript that fetches the webcam and records 30 frames in a larger image, encodes this information in JPEG format, and passes this information through to PHP which keeps track of the generated id and file location.
