Google, an advertising company, uses premium search results (something also known as advertising) and this is court worthy? WTF?

search for 'maps' on google.co.uk and streetmap is 3rd after google and bing maps...hardly difficult to find.

Do you remember that time Google was sued for daring to offer free maps in France?

There's nothing strange about that if Google abused its market position to do so, as that would fall under anti-competitive behaviour. I mean, that's exactly what Microsoft did with IE and it came under intense scrutiny (not just in the EU but in the US and other countries too).
