House Planning Software

Not sure what to call this, so I will explain what i am looking for.

My parents are looking to change the front of their house. They want to take a picture of the house and use software to change the siding to see what it looks like. Is there any program that will do this?

From a photo... yeah photoshop is probably your best bet.

You could also use CAD software to create a 3D model of the house and then alter the siding there ;)
