einsteinbqat
Since the Apple stock weather app has not changed much (at all), Yahoo decided to release a stand-alone app, and it is fast, and stunning. I think this is a keeper. You guys should try it out. Jub
You're right, this app is indeed gorgeous! I hope they release something similar for Jelly Bean.
Chasethebase Reporter Posted April 24, 2013 Reporter Share Posted April 24, 2013 Shame about the icon, but otherwise a fantastic design. (Y)
Snake89
I like the one from "the Weather Channel". Nothing beats having the weather radar on your iOS.
Mohitster
Just installed it, and loving it. Pretty sleek and minimal graphics and animations. :)
einsteinbqat
I have tried few: Solar, Weather Neue, The Weather Network, AccuWeather, Living Earth - Clock & Weather, default app, and Yahoo's give me all the info that I need, and is gorgeous. It also give credits to the person who took the photo. You may say that it promotes Yahoo's Flickr, but I think that it is cool for people since it catapults them and their photostream/photographs to the forefront. It really is so far the best weather app that I have used. It is free, and has no ads (so far, let us hope that it continues), too.
LieboOSBA
On the iPad, it's has to be zoomed in as its really only an iPhone/iPod app :(
einsteinbqat
Indeed. It is not an universal app. I do not use weather apps on my iPad, so it does not bother me. Shame about the icon, but otherwise a fantastic design. (Y) Indeed. The icon needs more work.
