Technical Difficulties with commenting!

I am trying to post a comment on an article, and when I hit comment button, it does nothing. I am using IE9 currently and I have tried restarting the browser ot fix this technical issue!

Same here -- IE10 in Windows 8 -- ModernUI and desktop mode, with and without compatibility mode.

I also noticed that logging in was inconsistent -- with pages not recognized that I'm logged in without refreshing.

Tried clearing the IE cache? FF/Chrome?

I hit comment, it just sits there.
