I am assuming the time in that picture was 12:19 (AM) and the system was set to use a 24 hour clock. Just showing 12:19 without the AM or PM on a 12 hour clock is really weak. If it is the dead of summer or dead of winter and you are up in Alaska you couldn't even look outside to figure out if it is AM or PM.
