Windows 8 Video Player App. One that remembers position?

Hi all,

I've been using Windows 8 since release but mainly because of the Hyper-V integration that I use everyday (with StartX and ModernMix). But I've just purchased an ASUS ME400C that I use purely as a tablet with plans to purchase the bluetooth keyboard when I actually need it.

I'm using the ME400C as a replacement for the Ipad 2 my wife has decided to take over! I use it for the obvious workflow. Web Browsing, Reddit (love Reddit to Go), Email you get the idea. But one thing that the Ipad has this whipped on is Video Playback.

I'm looking for a Media Playing App that will remember the position of playback when you close it and one that will just let me swip to skip back or forward in a file. On the Ipad had a great player called OPlayer. Does one exist with those features? I know I can use Zoom Player on the desktop but I'm trying to avoid using that again. At the moment I'm using Metro Media Player which I like but it's not completely there.
