Fallout 3 Alpha?

Recommended Posts

Fallout 3 was in production. Word on the grapevine is that it has been cancelled though. I wouldn't be surprised is Black Isle studios was absorbed into Interplay. I doubt we'll see any new PC games from them anytime soon. I also doubt whether Interplay will last until the end of next year, what with BGDA2 being pushed back into the mysterious Q1 2004 (not holiday season purchases, kiddies!)

It was in production as of a few days ago. Black Isle had a presentation with Interplay a day or so ago, and there's been no word since then, but I seriously doubt it's been cancelled.

Why would Herve green-light an 'expensive' CRPG when he can pump out umpteen mediocre console games a year? Interplay is but a dead, lifeless husk of its former self. Fallout 3 will never see the light of day.

yeah i loved the fallout games. Doubt its fallout 3 though but it could be. the graphics look a bit weak for it to be a new game even though it is meant to be alpha. I hope they are making an alpha :D

it doesnt look like brotherhood of steel to me... anyway i love the game.

That is because it is the Xbox/Playstation 2 incarnation due out in the forth quarter of 2004 by Interplay.

Here are a few other screenshots from the upcoming release, you can visit the official website for more information on the title.
