Windows XP loads very slow :(

Recommended Posts

I installed Windows XP at my desktop and it loads very slowly. It just stuck at the black screen with the blue progress bar flashing for about 3-4 minutes.

My computer is of following specs

Asus CUV4x mobo

Pentium 3 733mhz

256 SDRAM

Creative Sound Blaster Live Value

Creative TNT2 Ultra

IBM 16GB 5400RPM

Can anyone help me solve this problem of mine?
