Funny English couple, Murdo Guy and Camilla Banks, posted their terrible 2000 Mercedes E320 CDI to eBay complete with a description that makes the car sound like the worst thing on wheels.

It has 160,000 miles, non-functioning A/C and CD player, dents, and rust.

So why, with six days left to go, is the frantic bidding up to ?155,100.00 ($242,902.11)?!

Because Murdo and Camilla are hilarious. That's why.

I call shenanigans.... The listing is "private" so the bidders names aren't showing up... Chances are he, or a friend or him using a 2nd account, is bidding on this to jack up the price, make it look like the car is in high demand... So if he's lucky (dumb luck), some real idiot will bid on it, possibly not even thinking he'll win, and he can make a ton of money. That's of course if the winning bidder can even pay up.
