Who do you guys recommend I go to for ASP.NET 4.5 hosting? I currently have GoDaddy but they do not support MVC4/ASP.NET 4.5 which I need.

I use Softsys Hosting. They've been awesome! http://www.softsyshosting.com/ and they're priced right!

I have been using Arvixe (http://www.arvixe.com/) and have had no issues so far.

Ok. I have this similar question. Will be learning ASP.NET MVC and I'm looking for solutions. Thought for Windows Azure at first, but want to look for something cheaper and then migrate to it.

I use Arvixe too.  My senior project was written in MVC4/.NET 4.5: http://grades.nfynite.com  They also support SQL Server 2008 as well (not sure about 2012 yet).

2012 is supported. I use that. I think you just have to make a request to change the server. That does mean that the domains and other settings will be screwed up but I was willing to do the hard yard to get 2012.
