How fast would a HD/SSD/RAID0 have to be before CPU became the bottleneck?

Quick question, I'm just curious:  How fast would a RAID0 SSD array have to be, before the speed at which the CPU/MOBO/RAM can write to it is slower?  I'm just curious, because I'm seeing a lot of youtube videos and tech articles about people showing off their 24-SSD RAID-0 array, and I'm wondering, can the rest of the components even interface with the array that fast?
