V-Tech
After the European Commission accepted offers from Apple and four publishers to free up e-book pricing restrictions in December 2012, its now accepted Penguin's commitment to do the same. Penguin will end its favorable agreements with Apple, and "most-favored nation" clauses will be dropped for five years. Also, e-book retailers will now be able to control pricing and discounts of Penguin's catalogue for two years. http://www.engadget.com/2013/07/25/european-commission-penguin-apple-e-book-agreement/
