Benjamin Bratt is joining the cast of 24: Live Another Day.

 

The actor has been cast as the head of the CIA, who is tasked with tracking down Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) when he goes on the run.

London-based 24: Live Another Day has made its first local hire, tapping Stephen Fry to recur as Prime Minister Trevor Davies.

 

Described as a strong and charismatic leader, Davies? friendship with President Heller (William Devane) come under tremendous pressure because of personal and political crises.

24: LAD premieres May 5 on Fox.

Sure it isn't just me that has known about 24LAD for around six months now right? 24's official twitter page was almost counting down to the trailer before it aired during the Superbowl. Emmy winner Judy Davis (Life with Judy Garland) has snagged a recurring role in Fox?s upcoming 12-episode event series 24: Live Another Day, TVLine has learned.

Davis will play a fierce German arms dealer named Margo.

Dearly departed Game of Thrones actress Michelle Fairley has joined the cast of 24: Live Another Day, Fox?s 12-episode Jack Bauer revival (premiering May 5), TVLine has learned.

Fairley will play the recurring role of Margot, a British national and the widow of a notorious terrorist. She replaces Judy Davis, who dropped out for personal reasons.

24 could return after Live Another Day limited series, says exec

24: Live Another Day could be the first of many new adventures for Jack Bauer.

Kiefer Sutherland's rogue operative could feature in another limited series or a spinoff film if "there's more story to be told", exec producer Howard Gordon told IGN.
