I liked it more than True Detective but both are amazing television

They're quite different.

 

True detective is a very serious series, through and through. Fargo contains a lot of dark humor (I don't mean comedy) and an over-the-top super-villain, but it's still very good. IMO it's better than the movie.

 

Both series are among my favorites.

No, as a villain that somehow always manages to do what he wants and get away.

 

It's not the best term to describe such characters, I must admit.

Cool interview with the showrunner. I cannot wait for season 2. I'm currently rewatching season 1, it's by far my favorite show of 2014. Insanely good.
