Talking to The Telegraph recently, Ender's Game star Harrison Ford has expressed interest in returning as Indiana Jones in a fifth instalment of the franchise. While that has been discussed before now, the movie doesn't seem to have gotten any further than that; a surprise considering the fact that the critically divisive Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull made a whopping $800 million on a $185 million budget. "We've seen the character develop and grow over a period of time and it's perfectly appropriate and okay for him to come back again with a great movie around him where he doesn't necessarily have to kick as much ass," he told the site. "To me, what was interesting about the character was that he prevailed, that he had courage, that he had wit, that he had intelligence, that he was frightened and that he still managed to survive. That I can do."

No thanks.  That last one shat all over the franchise.

Agreed

Not that it was or was not realistic.  Is they went from the theme of the other 3, to a totally different off the wall direction.  Every other movie had a religion/god story line.  And the last one, aliens with Shia Labeouf swinging on vines with monkeys like a retard.

That just makes the last movie make a lot more sense.

anyway wether it's gods or aliens it doesn't matter. they're both fantasy storylines and they both fit within what Indiana Jones is about.

And I can get past that...kinda...but Shia Labeouf?  Really?  Why that guy.

MO....Remove the aliens, Shia Labeouf, and you have a good movie that flows with the rest.

Just remove Shia Labeouf and you have a decent movie.
