Adobe Mistake or Customer Error

Alright so today i got a email stating i am to get shipped a free of charge copy of adobe design and web premium  which is odd is this was less then 3 mins after i canceled my creative cloud due to system problem

The cancel had happened on the 1st and the addition to my account for this product was added 3 mins later by same rep.

what is odd though is i totaled up the cost to close to 3600$ which is allot, short from blacklisting the keys i think this is a serious mistake on their part because its someone else key which was added to my account by mistake and this is alot of time out of my day to try and figure out what the heck happened.

 

Do you think adobe would fix the issue but also compensate for the mistake as its not only effecting the person who was supposed to get it but also my self as well since the item is actually been shipped as i am typing this and everything is tied to my account which complicates the matter even more.

It is all digital goods so there really isn't a $3600 loss on Adobe's part. More than likely they will just give the customer a new key when they notice it isn't where it belongs. They may remove it from your account if their system allows them to connect the dots otherwise they won't miss a beat about it.

Ya i don't think the other user who was supposed to get it realizes the error which is why i am worried alot but the odd part is when i chatted live with their live chat they said it was me who requested it and all support details for that request were linked to my account

 

P: I have checked with the case number and see that  free of charge order for windows version dvd set and also you have been issued serial number for Design and web premium CS 6 windows version serial number. 
P: Let me re-check this for you. 
P: I have re-checked and see that swapl platform is done as your request.
