Yes, very nice, but it doesn't say anything about sending your local searches to Bing. That's what the article is about.

I believe it doesn't actually send your searches, it it grabs ads based on our searches, a fairly big distinction.

Since its said "Other services", i wonder if one could change where the search data is sent to?

for example send it to DuckDuckGo or Yahoo or Google or Yandex ....

If they can't be customized as such, i would loves if the E.U put another fines for it ;)
