Samsung still crushing Apple in world

Doing a google search for S4 vs iPhone 5 sales; (Top smartphone in the Samsung range + the only current iPhone)

Although the Galaxy S4 has sold faster than any other Samsung device, it appears that it still couldn't surpass the sales rate for the iPhone 5

iPhone 5 sold over 20 Million units in under 25 days of release, Galaxy S4 shipped out 20 Million in 60 days.

The rivalry of Samsung Galaxy S4 vs. Apple iPhone 5 depends on certain factors, but when it comes to sales, no doubt Apple delivers the highest sales.

Seriously, anyone arguing with Boz is plain old retarded. The guy would be a professional troll if he was aware what he was saying was moronic..

Here's a thought for you: Both iOS and Android are great operating systems. It's merely a question of what works best for you.

If you want to be kept inside the garden and all the bad guys kept out, iOS is great! If you want to explorer, risk death and dismemberment outside of the garden, you might find Android to your liking.

Picking one or the other doesn't make one stupid, merely makes one informed and aware of what one wants.

So long as you didn't pick Blackberry, you'll be doing fine.

So i'm risking death when I use Android now? Okay, you've sold me. I'm going to go and get a new phone tomorrow! :p

And i've tried WP, sorry that won't be my OS of choice.

One may have been taken a tad literally there Raa >.<

Try Windows Phone on the Lumia 925. For the inner goddess in you >.>

MY POINT obviously being different doesn't inherently mean better/worse. It's still relative and a personal choice.

I guess you haven't used Jelly Bean.

Android hasn't been stuttery for quite a while.

I wouldn't know - my Android device is still stuck at 4.0.4. It's only been released 14 months. And therein lies the problem with Android.

At least the iPhone 3GS has been out over 4 years and still got iOS 6. Even if it is missing the big features, it at least got the core.

When people say things like "the World's top smartphone market" - is it just me who takes that to be basically the top tier of handsets? I.E. it should be a comparison of the two flagship models?

If we're doing dumb car analogies, the iPhone is a Porsche 911. Sure other cars are faster and fancier, others are cheaper and more boring, but if you want to a buy a sports car, you always know what you're going to get from a 911.

I've never used it, so this is probably completely wrong but comparing Iphone/iOS to a 911 is quite good... as far as I can see, since it's creation it only ever changes under the hood, on face value its pretty much the same thing!

That being said, I know even less about Android so for all i know, it's exactly the same!

That's not the fault of Android or Google, it's the fault of the phone makers themselves not releasing updates.  Place the blame where it belongs.  Google tried to make the handset makers update with their Handset Alliance thing, but the OEM's kinda ignored it...

Apple doesn't have this problem because they're the only handset maker for their OS.

I don't know about people, but when I say that, I generally am referring to the ecosystem, not one single manufacturer.
