Drag + Drop On Websites like Yahoo Fantasy Isnt Working

Hey guys so I have a rather unique bug that I cannot fix and I am hoping maybe someone else has had the same problem.

 

On my Surface Pro with the Touch Keyboard running Windows 8 if I use the mousepad on the touch keyboard I cannot use the Drag and Drop function on Yahoo's website, primarily any sort of Fantasy Sports page will not work, it turns into the correct icon (+ sign with arrow tips on all corners) but when I try to drag and drop it just highlights the text of the players.

 

I can confirm via my Desktop also running windows 8 that it works there.

 

I thought it might have something to do with my desktop having classic shell so i installed that on my Surface Pro as well but that did nothing, so i removed it. Java and flash are both up to date on my surface, as they are on my desktop as well.

 

This is via the Firefox browser on both computers, any ideas?
