Mathachew Veteran Posted August 21, 2013 Veteran Share Posted August 21, 2013 The deal with DirectTV can't end soon enough. I've been fed up with limiting, behind the times options for several years. Satellite? Please. NFL.com is already streaming live preseason games, and they have that goofy Game Rewind option, so the infrastructure is in place. I suppose their agreement with DirectTV prevents them from offering a competing service, or they've chosen not to in hopes of signing an even fatter deal with another company that will do it for them. Whatever the case may be, I'm hoping for a streaming option that doesn't require any baggage like with DirectTV.
spenser.d
They just signed a deal with Microsoft to bring content to Xbox One and Smartglass - I'm sure that'll be expanded. Of course I'm sure the NFL will make deals with whoever want to pay them money.

Dot Matrix
Honestly, at this point, I'm fed up with not being able to turn on my TV, and have the game I want to watch on there... At no extra cost.
