It might be aimed at but it's not going to last in the hands of a younger audience with that design. Even the high end Leappads have rubber cases included and durable sides

You're implying that the clamshell is better, which it definitely isn't.

I wonder if this and its cheaper price will finally stop all them dumb americans who keep buying a dsi long after it became a deadend.

Haven't turned on my DS since I completed Mario, over 6 years ago.

 

Same here...  I've never felt like upgrading to a newer DS (XL or 3DS or ...).  Same with my PSP, did not upgrade to the Vita.  I think i'm over the "portable gaming" part of my life.

 

I sometime play time waster games on my phone or tablet, but it's nothing engaging, just momentary fun to pass time.
