analog4
So, I decided to cave in and go pick up a GameCube and Mario Kart: Double Dash; and a few extras. My mom is paying me for the Game Boy Player and Super Mario Bros 3 though. A few pics.

Boffa Jones Veteran Posted November 21, 2003 Veteran Share Posted November 21, 2003 apparantly Made in Wario was rather rushed, you might want to do a rental first.
analog4
cool, how much you buy those for? i think theres a black friday deal that selling zelda and gamecube for 79.99 Rumor has it, it's Wal-Mart. However, I wanted it now, and would not rather wake up at 4:30AM, and stand outside in the cold just to save $20. It cost $99.99 for the bundle, $44.99 for the GameBoy Player, $49.99 for Mario Kart: Double Dash, and $19.95 for the Memory Card 251. There was a $10 off if you bought a GameCube and Mario Kart: Double Dash; instead they gave me a $20 Best Buy Gift Card, and my mom wanted me to get the $9.99 2-year additional warranty/replacement thing. I didn't have the balls to say it in front of her and the cashier that I didn't want it. Oh well, I'll charge her for it. Hehe. Mario Kart: Double Dash is fun, I just with there was a Quick Run mode, as well as more levels. Played a bit of Mario Kart Super Circuit on the Game Boy Player, and Super Mario Bros 4: Mario Bros 3 on the Game Boy Player as well. Haven't played any of my other Game Boy games as well, or any of the Zelda Bonus Disc.

DirtyLarry Veteran Posted November 21, 2003 Veteran Share Posted November 21, 2003 funny post as i just got my gamecube last night, traded in a bunch of games at ebx (they have a deal for each game you trade in if you use it towards a gamecube each game has an additional 3 dollars to it so 10 games=30$). i decided to break down and get it for mario kart and i also got the zelda bundle as well so that was definitely another reason... so far my only major complaint is the controller, just having that big ass A button seems a little weird to me, but im sure ill get used to it in no time... and i also rented the star wars game an i did not think it was all that great, a little to many movie cut scenes for my taste but overall that game is okay i guess...
