Just like we said, the iPhone 5s had to be gold. Sales of Apple?s new flagship iPhone 5s have finally begun around the world and while supply is extremely limited, as we reported it would be, demand for the new gold model appears to be much higher than everyone expected. In fact, it?s even much higher than Apple expected. According to a report from The Wall Street Journal, Apple has instructed its manufacturing partners in the East to increase gold iPhone 5s production by 33%. New orders placed for gold iPhone 5s units online already won?t be delivered until sometime in October so for the sake of the flashy among us, let?s hope Apple?s partners can kick up production quickly.

Yeah, our store is getting a fair amount of iPhones so I think it's better than previous releases have been, but we don't have any Gold ones. :/

Seems to be what many of our team wants too actually.
