Think Back LONG Ago

Recommended Posts

Hey guys! Remember like I don't know how many years ago when Packard Bell still existed in Canada & the USA? Well, I was wondering if anyone has a working Packard Bell. I still have a Packard Bell working in my house, LOL! I have a Packard Bell Multimedia M415 (Picture Of It).

Yah, so just wondering if anyone has a working Packard Bell.

p.s don't worry, I have WAY better computers than my Packard Bell

My friend still has one of those running in his house, all it's doing is constantly updating the user codes on his Bell ExpressView satellite dish he doesn't pay for :o but it still works is the main thing lol

yeah I still have one, a Multimedia D1000. the only reason i keep it around is because its about 4 inches high, and i might use the case as project for a small form factor PC. but it still runs... slowly :).

oh my *god* i hated those things. some may have been all right, but i used to work at staples and people would bring them in to work on. who in the world designed those things? once i had to take out everything but the motherboard to put something in because there was a screw or something underneath everything that i had to remove. argh!!!

p.s. no i'm not one of those idiots that seem to work at most staples, either :p

OMG! I'm fixing one of these P.O.S.es right now! I hate these machine, I really really hate these things. Who ever designed the case should be shot, the screws to take the case off are under the machine. Then the RAM, there were only two RAM slots, and both of them are used up (for a total of 32MB or RAM ladies and gentlemen). Ok I'll stop ranting about this thing and get back to fixing it. The owners of this thing should of listened to me and purchased a new machine.

I remember when Packard-Bell had the entire PC market (it seemed). Everyone had one.

I bet Michael Jackson has one still.

DIE!
