As much as these cheap CGI remakes of old classics pain me.. I need to realise that I am now 30 and any emotional investment I have in these franchises is purely residual.

 

At least my children will know of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Transformers in SOME form.

I think the set is 3d to, just made to look like old model sets.

I have mixed feelings with this. I grew up watching the series in the late 80's, early 90's and remember fondly the old series. The movie version already screwed it up and I have reservations of this mix up of models / 3D imagery. I do have to say the video does bring back a lot of memories.

That is looking a lot more promising than I expected. I was expecting Captain Scarlet CGI with a bit of an update, but this is actually rather impressive...there's hope for it yet!

I quite enjoyed it. Fairly childish but it's exactly how I imagined Thunderbirds when I was a kid.
