Time to throw my entry in to the pot...... as macro as a 50mm f1.4 lens will let me go....

Wow, that's an awesome shot. Makes mine look pretty weak. My Lightroom trial expired and I use Linux at home anyway, so I've just been playing in Darktable to try to get used to it. I'll post this one up for now, but I didn't really love any of these shots I may change up if I can get something better.

Do you have a specific lens for Macro to get shots that close up?

 

I have a lens that has a "macro" setting but I can never get that close and in focus!

 

Nah I just use cheap macro bellows I got on ebay a few years ago, first pic was with 55-250 2nd 18-55... can be tricky to focus handheld!
