My amp is reporting LPCM 2.0 for all default audio in Windows over Nvidia HDMI (GT555M & GTX650) and LPCM 5.1 for games that I have Dolby Surround 5.1 or Dolby Digital 5.1 (E.g. HL2, Diablo 3). My understanding is that LPCM is the default under Windows / Windows games and AC3/DTS for current-gen consoles (Xbox 360 / PS3). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
