How do I disable the Charm Bar fully forever in Windows 8.1 ? So far I got rid of it from coming up from the top corner but that is it. Still comes up other ways and it is annoying :(

You can't as far as I know, best thing to do is user at and embrace it's functionality, it's not bad at all once you get the hang of it

The Charm Bar is an integral part of the OS, fully disabling it can't be done without third party utilities.

only on the modern side of windows. it's not really needed much on the desktop side. especially with the improvements to the power menu in 8.1

You can still use the File Explorer to search just like in the previous versions of Windows.
