I bet this 'Cool Guy' is a newbie and saw the Attach File option still located at the bottom of the Post/Reply form. Which by the way was disabled awhile back and allows for...lol....1 byte of data! W0ot, now I can upload a pixel. Maybe NeoWin could post some kind of note next to the Attach File menu option that states: 'This option has been disabled until further notice.' It might help the newbies/lamers that don't read anything to realize that they can't upload anything...

That style looks like a WindowBlinds skin called Platinum. It was originally released with WindowBlinds 3 but for some reason known only to Stardock it is no longer avalible. I read someware that they may release it and some others in a premium skin pack, not sure if this is true though. It seems Stardock likes to keep the best skins to themselves.

Huh? Is there something in the EULA that makes all 3rd party skins the interlectual property of Stardock - i.e. you buy a program so that you can create skins for them?
