Well, I've downloaded a heap of themes, but the one I always go back to is the Soft Body Style - its looks great. Similar to Rhodium, but I think it improves on it. Too stylish.

Go Soft Body!

watercolor is a great theme. its nice and tame. clean lines and everything. the colors are great and the overall theme is easy on the eyes.

my top themes:

windows classic -- hey, its the quickest

watercolor -- blue -- for the afforementioned reasons (along with this goes blackcomb pro, which is a color variation of watercolor, though, i always have to change the titlebar font 1 point less, to keep it in relation with watercolor, or else it throws off the rhythm:-P)

jumjibar -- pale green -- i call it the quiet genius theme:)

coughdrop -- orange -- i never used it until binary mentioned it earlier, but i can agree, it just makes you feel happy.

and lastly, aqua themes -- i dont really have a preference over any oters, as i dont use the aqua themes enough, but i have a few installed, for kicks mainly

and those are all the themes i have installed. i spend most time in classic, but occasionally i feel the need and use one of the other themes, in order of the list.

watercolor isn't supposed to have eye-catching graphics. watercolor is supposed to be nice looking and functional. it is also supposed to be designed for novices. thus, it really isn't eye popping, but it has a classy and understated look.

When I first saw watercolor I think the main reason I was amazed was because it was the first true windows VS (In whistler) I had ever seen, also it was very fast and looked VERY professional. I still don't understand why they got rid of it. For the type of system XP is, watercolor would have been perfect. XP is a very professional and sleek OS as was the watercolor VS. Then they dumped that and went for the mac meets preschool crap Luna : Now I must admit luna is nice if you like that kind of skin, it's very eye catching and easy to work with, but imo it is was just too immature of a skin to be in MS' new pride and Joy professional OS. Perhaps they should have kept watercolor in the professional version so that corporate users and professional type bussinesses could have used it instead of just sticking with classic which I hear many are, because luna is just to "gay" looking to be in a true professional envioronment.

wow how many times did I say professional in there? :o

Anyways it WAS my favourite untill all you people and your bug reports drove me insane!!!! lmao j/k :D

And I will be releasing a newer version pretty soon, I know I've been saying that for awhile now, but I got called back to work and by the time I get home all I want to do is sleep. So we'll see :) all the latest bugs mentioned have been pretty much eliminated, thanks to netknightX (I think thats his name I'll check later) for fixing the tab bmp's for me :D The VS will also be reduced in size quite a bit I hope because I am going to use indexed coloring might also make it faster, we'll see :D

It will look the exact same, the skin is done, I'm just fixing whatever small bugs were found :) There "may" be a different colour, I dont know yet.
