Today (10/27/13) is the tenth anniversary of the Professional Developers Conference (PDC) of 2003. This event was the stage for SQL Server 2005 ("Yukon"), Visual Studio 2005 ("Whidbey"), and Microsoft Windows "Longhorn".

What were your thoughts of this event at the time? Were you lucky enough to attend?

I wasn't following tech news then. I had no idea at the time about this event. Today, I think it was one of the best tech presentations we've ever had.
