Why is there two on screen keyboards in Windows 8?

Little note, go to "Change PC Settings", then "PC and Devices", then "Typing" at the very bottom choose "Add the standard keyboard layout as a touch keyboard option", turn it on.

Then go to the keyboard hit the button at the bottom right, then choose the 4th icon to get a more standard keyboard layout, smaller keys, but just as good with more options.
