It will be difficult if you don't know what is the exact error message on the server. 500 internal server error means a lot. Maybe it is cause by permission issue or your code problems. Plesae try to contact them and ask bout the full error message that shown on the event log.

Did you check the logs, Astrum?

Find the days that it happened, with the time.

 

1. Login via FTP (I use FileZilla)
2. Open "logs". (It'll be in the root directory)
3. Find the domain.
4. Open "http".

5. Download the pertaining .gz files.

6. Send them to me, or someone else on the forums you trust.

 

I don't know what information is in these logs, I'd rather your ID not get thrown online and someone decides to screw with you.

I only use then for my domains, no hosting there sorry

I only use them for some domains and they're great for that. Not sure on hosting.

Of course! First coule of days experience is good. No downtime that I know of and fast. Have to see how it holds up as traffic starts increasing though. But it will take a loooong time in my case.
