Luke88
Hello, I have been having problems with a laptop that is blue screening now and again. It started off not happening that often but has started happening slightly more often .Whilst still happening fairly infrequently I would still like to find out the cause. I have ran BluecreenView and the results are below, I know this may be quite obvious but was hoping someone would be able to offer some suggestions as to the cause of this? Does this look like a software issue? The machine could do with a fresh install of Windows soon and was hoping this would resolve the issue, but wanted to confirm that people did not think this could be caused by faulty RAM? Many thanks, Luke
xendrome
Run Memtest86 yet? The bluescreens are random and few/far between, it might be a stick of ram with some issues.
Eric Veteran Posted December 1, 2013 Veteran Share Posted December 1, 2013 Have you checked for updated network drivers? With the NETIO.SYS in there they all look like a faulty NIC driver. EDIT: Do you have something McAfee installed? mfefirek.sys belongs to it. I see it's an old dump but you never know...
