10 gigs of nothing

this is a dummy file maker... tell it how many mbs you want the file and hit build.

if you use NTFS compression it can get down to a few kilobytes on the disk... but the filesize will still read 10 gb or whatever, so you can use it to fool filesharing programs (such as DC++ where it requires you to have a certain amount of data to enter a hub) into thinking you have more data than you really do.

i used to have a 10gb one called "MSDN Backup" that i would keep in my filesharing folder to enter hubs
