Windows Phone 8.1: New details, reveal at BUILD 2014

I have a nokia Lumia 625 in greece and i haven't any notification for update to Lumia Black and I don't understand why, any idea?

According to Nokia, you should be able to download Lumia Black, unless you carrier is other than Vodafone.

My Lumia 625 have carier Vodafone but I buy it from Media Markt in Greece without sim. I'm Checking 3 days now for the Lumia Black update but nothing and i don't know why

It might be a slow rollout but every Lumia will get Black in time just like everyone will get WP 8.1 to. Just keep checking and it'll happen sooner or later.
