TW.4T
Hi, Just a quick question, as I am getting to grips with Win8.1 I am about to install Office, I have an ISO from Technet but have noticed that the App Store also has a version of office. What is the difference between the two? Thanks in advance.
Sszecret Veteran Posted December 21, 2013 Veteran Share Posted December 21, 2013 The Office version in the Windows Store is just a link to the site. The only 'metrofied' Office apps you can actually download from the store are Lync and OneNote.

I was skimming and thought you told him he got "metrofoiled"; which I thought was some term you came up with for when someone clicks on an app in the store and it leads to a download page for a non-metro app...
