How do I Activate My Office System 2003 Radio

Recommended Posts

I must be doing something wrong!!!!

I have radio towers all but 3 miles away and this "gift" that was so graciously given to me by the gods at Redmond, for beta testing my ass off does not pick up a single station.

Is there a help file?

Is there some kind of activation that is needed before this "gift" starts working??

Your assistance is welcome post-7-1069713257.jpg

Activation? Man wouldn't that be wicked if MS started placing activation on hardware?

"You can only use this joystick for 15 minutes before it needs to be activated. If you have any problems please call Microsoft Hardware Activation for assistance."

Hang on a few minutes so I can start a thread about my office radio. Stop crying people. If you don?t like the gift, stop testing Microsoft?s products. I?m sure there are hundreds of others who would love to take your stop and don?t care what "gift" they get.

werejag the gift is a POS, its a real slap in the face after submitting 100+ bugs and being active on the newsgroups (well me at least).

Mine works but its very very fuzzy sounding.

Oh shut up. If you knew how much work some of us put into this u'd understand. And Office aint worth 500. Yeah thats the store price but it costs MS a couple of bucks to make the CD's so they could send it to all of us if they wanted.

and you my redmond friend seem to be on the payrole of the redmond gods.

get over your "microsoft can do no wrong" and enjoy the jokes about these pos slap in the face of beta testers radios.

this topic is about "slap in face of beta testers radios", not about the treatment of the beta testers that microsoft did!!!!!

shut up with the "only people who agree with me can respond" attitude, it's really immature... :hmmm:

IMO, you should be happy you got anything. when you started the beta, you should have expected a thank you at the end and that's it. this isn't a "slap in the face", it's a GIFT, do you understand what that means? it doesn't matter if you reported every single bug in the software and replied to every single newsgroup thread, they didn't have to send you jack ****, so STFU and start thinking positively

as for getting it to work right/better/at all? why don't you call them and ask? no one on neowin made these things, why do you expect us to know how to get them to work the way you want?

i didn't get one (not a tester) so i haven't actually seen one, but they do sound like a worthless POS radio from what everyone has said about them, so i am agreeing with you somewhat...

Why the heck do you think anyone who doesn't agree with you is a "redmond lover" or "microsoft sheep." Listen, first off microsoft didn't force you to do ANY work whatsoever, the beta program is, and will be, voluntary. You should be lucky and thankful that they even sent you anything for your work, it wasn't in the agreement that they had to. And also, the reason Office probably costs so much is because little idiots like yourself want Microsoft to go all out on a gift for each and every tester and not disappoint a single person. I think it was cool today when I received a package with my radio and sticker but I wasn't expecting anything. I beta test for the fun of it and to share my experiences with the program, not to get something back in return. Just be grateful you got anything.

look this is about the radio not how much you love microsoft, this is all fun and games, have to get something from this radio because it doesn't work.

if you cant handle it tough

(no microsoft sheep need reply) this means you gameguy!

brn2prgrm

the price of office wasn't because they gave out these "cheap no pick up tunes radios"!!!

so get over it

i am grateful that i can get sheep like you trapped into this topic when it had nothing to do with office, the topic went that way because i said office in the tittle. and you sheep cant handle diffence of options towards microsoft

(hint you fighting the wrong battle)
