Nope, the best you can do is send a Gift copy of a game from one account to another, but you can only get gifts when actually purchasing the game, you don't get the option with free games.

Im trying to search for servers but it seems to randomly join any game :s I want to search thru the servers that are open and avaliable and pick the one I want with the language I want to play in :) Im used to TF2 so is there a way to do this in L4D2?
