Yep its on the EU side, no affiliation with American Sony or its PSN. We don't even have most the features of the american PSN yet either.

PS+ on PS4 is going to take a while before you see it starting to hit the level of PS3.

 

Just the way it goes with library sizes on a new console. Expect to see a lot of big AAA games on PS3 though.

Not impressed with the instant Game collection so far for the PS4 - only Resogun so far is really good, the other 2 are... mediocre :(

 

 

Give it time. The PS4 has only been out for ~2 Months. Considering that, they've offered some decent content so far.

I am aware of the delay, but not of them reversing the decision to provide it to PS+ subscribers.
