So this year a lot of you probably heard about the Fake Snow conspiracy. The start of it was that, sometime in late January, a ton of snow fall started, even in places where snow was uncommon, like Oregon, Texas, Georgia, and Alabama. There was literally a blanket of snow fall all around the United States, making many wonder if this was evidence of a secret government weapons system experiment. Many also thought that the government had a motive to do it; to throw us off, and to confuse and distract us.

The problem with their theory was that they thought a chemical was behind the fake snow, when in fact it wasn't. Numerous videos were posted on the web showing people even BURNING snow, taking butane lighters and showing the snow not melt and turning black. Rachel Maddow on MSNBC debunked the chemical conspiracy theorists (so did others, of course), by showing that when snow melts, it actually absorbs into the snow pack and doesn't run off, and the black char is from chemicals in the lighter fluid.

The thing is, that IMO, it is not probable that fake snow would even be created with chemicals. Instead, if the government did this, I think they used a completely different technology, called directed energy, which allows them to do a variety of weather manipulations: It's known that directed energy and microwaves can be beamed into tornados and hurricanes for example, to diffuse and disrupt the tornado or hurricane and prevent it from occurring or forming in the first place. We also know that microwaves and directed energy can chill and heat the atomosphere, and it's possible that the jet stream could be shifted in such a way using directed energy to diffuse or disrupt it's path as to bring cold air from the north pole and Alaska region down into North America and other strategic locations.

Dr. Robert Duncan, a DOD/CIA/US DOJ employee/expert/whistleblower says that the United States actually has many many times more of what are called "phased array antenna systems" like HARPP, installed all around the world, which are also neuro-weapons, but could easily be used to direct energy at objects, space, and particles in the automosphere for weather control, and I think that this is what they're actually doing, if they did it. The capability is already built into these systems, so it's not a matter of "is it possible" but "when, and why".

I live in Oregon. Snow is not uncommon here this time of year. "Many" people are not wondering. Only a very few select people are.

I live in Oregon as well, .. we usually don't have any snow whatsoever in the WILLEMATTE VALLEY. There is Snow in other parts, like Eastern Oregon, but hardly ever in Portland, Salem, and Eugene area. This year we have nearly 2 feet of snow, on two different occasions, whereas normally, there is no snow or only an inch. Years ago, the last time we had a good amount of snow, was in the 1980s.

Don't try to reason with nullie.  When it comes to him, anything that seems slightly abnormal has a government conspiracy behind it.
