AQUaDeX
do you reside in .nl? because google scans your IP and if you are, you are forwarded to the local google site.
dreamthief
I dont see this as a problem. Perhaps because of two reasons, being the first most likely 1) Like when i access google.com, it redirects me to my local region site instead which is www.google.com.my (i think intend to reduce traffic to google.com and promote local search engine portal. 2) At times when the main site gets too many traffic or it being down for whatever reason, it randomly divert to other domain addresses. -CrAzY-
look down and click "Go to google.com" and it should modify your cookies. I am in switzerland and it always used ot bring me to google.ch.. I clicked on the "Go to google.com" and now it always goes to google.com. Hope that helps

Fred Derf Veteran Posted December 2, 2003 Veteran Share Posted December 2, 2003 NEgative :p Not happening for me, and as for the redirection thru ip scanning, i dont get redirected to google.co.uk :s If you have an international internet provider (like AOL) that uses its assigned IP addresses in different countries around the globe than this plays havoc with Google's geolocation and usually has it default to the original google.com
