iPod Who?

Where?: MSN.com/Hotmail

Who: http://www.assessment.com/

I just love how the company promises to find "motivation" in customers' life...

Personally, I just don't seek how I can be apt to want to click on the ad or be interested in the service when it seems to me MAPP needs a bit of personal motivation themselves in their development of public ad campaigns.

dude... all I am saying is that it was kinda fun to run into on a Microsoft site...

and I am sorry... but I haven't seen such an add prior to the apple ads... and let's see...

he kinda looks like he is "rocking out" to his motivation.

I am just saying... I am getting into marketing for a living, and let's just say I'd get no where if I'd make that one of my mock advertisment schemes... just due to the recent iPod ads and their popularity. Let's just say one would be tagged with the crime of plagerism in the marketing world. Even if you came out with it first... if yours doesn't gain popularity... I would pull it, just to not be labed with this conformist persona... especially coming from a company that promises motivation.

But whatever... I just posed it for giggles... but everyone takes everything with a burn, always.

I'm not whining. And yes, I'm forced (so to speak) to read threads being a moderator

I didn't. I just thought it was a silly comparison.

I am so sorry for causing trouble...

I just got a good laugh when I first viewed the advertisement and I saw the guy holding the iPod in my mind.

BUT that was me. It was worth a giggle... and only wanted to share it with everyone.

I added my banther about the motivational deal... because it just seemed ironic as to how parallel it was to the current successful iPod ads. I say successful, cause if my Polish mother responds positivly to a rock song... the advertising must be doing it's job.

AND that's all it was, I suppose... IRONY... and sometimes irony is comical, as it was meant to be in this case.

Sorry, again. :(

Its not a problem! You don't need to take my opinion personal. What one person thinks, another will think the opposite. Its okay :)

The color choice, layout, what the person's doing, and timing just seems a bit coincidental :)
