i have tried everything from rebuilding the boot record, turning secure boot off u name it...so i ask for any assistance that i may be missing....

I make it to the install windows selection and it says copying files, then expanding files and makes it over 80-90% and then boom...

red error message.

?Windows installation encountered an unexpected error. Verify that the installation sources are accessible, and restart the installation.

That makes me lean towards corrupted installation media...

Do you have any trial copies of any other versions of windows, or any os for that matter?

as you might need to redownload that media again..
