What's wrong here?

Ok.. so I'd like to copy this 4Gb file to a 16Gb Flash drive but gives me this type of error.. how can I solve this?

FAT32 has a limitation of 4GB per file, that's probably too big and needs to be broken into pieces.  WinRAR makes multi-part archives pretty easy, just set a maximum file size when creating the archive.

Yea personally I'd go with NTFS too, but I didn't know if he had a FAT32 requirement and since he wasn't aware of the limitations didn't want to potentially mess something up later.  (My daughter's Wii with a USB hard drive for example needs FAT32, doesn't have a clue about how to handle NTFS.)
